Family & Friends
At St Johns the love and respect we offer to the children in our care is of paramount importance to us. The team here strive to ensure our preschool is friendly and welcoming for children, parents, guardians, families and visitors to our setting at all times.
Learning & Development
Childrens learning and development spans across seven areas found within the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework. We believe that children should learn through fun, warm, nurturing, home from home environment, where their interests needs and concerns are catered for in a holistic way. We support all children in their individual journey from 33 months of age to five years by providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for the children.
Play & Fun
Play helps young children to learn and develop through doing and talking. Our setting values children's play and we ensure that there is a mix of both adult-led and child-led activities in order for the children to make progress in each of the seven areas of learning and development. Through playing and exploring children learn to become active learners to build on their creative and critical thinking skills.
